We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team of industry experts as our Financial Services Investment Strategist

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a passion for analysis to play a key role in supporting our financial services advisors. The world of retirement benefits has become increasingly complex and employers rely on us to help them evaluate the right options for their business and employees. This position plays a crucial role in shaping our recommendations and, in general, provides the following:

  • Expert guidance and recommendations tailored to meet the specific needs of retirement plan sponsors and individual clients. 
  • Consulting services to retirement plan sponsors, including: fund selection and monitoring, fiduciary investment education and advice, employee investment education and advice, investment policy statement development, assist in vendor search and transition, plan fee analysis, benchmarking and research. 
  • Support for Financial Services Advisors, Strategists, and other personnel by providing expert investment analysis and guidance to prospective and existing clients to foster new clients, and retain and expand business with existing clients. 

Excelling in this role will take excellent analytical skills, strong time and project management abilities, and proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and concisely in written material and verbal communications. You'll need advanced Excel skills, as well as proficiency in the MS Office suite and web-based research. Maintaining a high level of investment expertise is important and to work at full capacity this position requires a Series 7 securities license.

In addition to these skills, we are looking for Bachelor's degree or post graduate degree in Financial Services, Business, Communications, or related field (from an accredited college or university required) and experience in financial analysis, to include experience with investment analysis, investment management, and investment portfolio construction.
