The Position

For your assigned clients, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering HR support. This will involve assessing the "current state" and strategically guiding them toward the "desired future state" of their HR infrastructure.  You will work very closely with your clients' management team and will be responsible for ensuring they understand how your HR initiatives align with their company goals and add value to their business. Typical work includes:

  • Employment policies and processes
  • Compliance and risk management
  • Compensation analysis and management
  • Benefits management
  • Employee and labor relations
  • HR systems selection, implementation, administration
  • Job descriptions
  • Recruitments
  • Employment strategy
  • Management consulting

When called upon for specialized expertise or added bandwidth, you will collaborate with other HR Services Partners on your team to provide support for their clients.

This is a professional-level position paid on an hourly basis to accommodate flexible work schedules. Hours vary between 30-40 per week, remote and on-site, based on client needs. This job will appeal to those who like to work with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on HR experience
  • Preferred experience managing HR for various departments/companies
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent additional experience
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, etc.)
  • Competency with HR systems
  • Suberb client relations, project management, and communications skills
